Not at all! You can learn to tap dance without using the TAPfit taps, or you can do our no-equipment dance workouts like barre, hip-hop, broadway, jazz and seated workouts.

We believe that real food is the best food! This means our recipes are packed full of delicious whole foods and nutritious ingredients. We don’t believe in restrictive eating, so you will still find favorites like lasagne, pizza and pasta in our meal plans! With a huge passion for food from our founders, we believe food is there to nourish, share and enjoy.

Signing up to TAPfit gives you access to a huge range of dance workouts and masterclasses that you can do from home, whenever it fits in with your day! You’ll have Tap Dance, Barre, Broadway, Hip Hop, Jazz, Meditations and Masterclasses - each of which is guided by our Master TAPfit Instructors.
All you need is some space in your living room and your phone, laptop or TV! You can do any of the TAPfit dance styles and create great results. The only equipment we use in TAPfit are our tap shoes and floors, which are not mandatory, and you can purchase at any time through our website.

The nutrition section of your TAPfit app allows you to select from Vegetarian or Regular dietary requirements. When it comes to your meal plan, you have full control to swap recipes for alternative options! With hundreds of recipes to choose from, you’ll always find something you love!

We want you to love moving your body - which is why we made TAPfit so fun! There is no set number of dance workouts that you need to do each week, however for optimal health we love to move our bodies 3-4x a week.
